【2020 ビルボード・ラテン・ミュージック・アワード】開催、ダディー・ヤンキー/バッド・バニーが最多7部門受賞

　現地時間2020年10月21日に【2020 ビルボード・ラテン・ミュージック・アワード】が開催され、ダディー・ヤンキーとバッド・バニーがそれぞれ7部門を受賞した。

　ダディー・ヤンキーに贈られた7つの賞のうち6つは、スノーとのコラボ曲「Con Calma」での受賞となり、同曲は＜ホット・ラテン・ソング・オブ・ザ・イヤー＞、＜エアプレイ・ソング・オブ・ザ・イヤー＞、＜ストリーミング・ソング・オブ・ザ・イヤー＞などに輝いた。さらには、ルイス・フォンシとの世界的ヒット・ナンバー「Despacito」で＜ビルボード・ラテン・ソング・オブ・ザ・デケイド＞を授与された。この日彼は、 アヌエルAA、ケンド・カポニ、シスコとともに「Don Don」のパフォーマンスも披露した。

　同じく7部門に輝いたバッド・バニーは、＜アーティスト・オブ・ザ・イヤー＞、＜ソングライター・オブ・ザ・イヤー＞に加え、『X 100PRE』が＜トップ・ラテン・アルバム・オブ・ザ・イヤー＞などを受賞した。

　米フロリダ州サンライズのBB&Tセンターにて開催された授賞式では、ロメオ・サントスが4部門、ルイス・フォンシが3部門、カロルG、ウィシン＆ヤンデル、バンダMSがいずれも2部門に輝いた。
